Question 1

What is PayPinz?

Accepted Answer

PayPinz is a UK cashless tipping and digital donation platform using wearable NFC badges and QR codes. It enables charities, volunteers, and hospitality staff to collect instant payments directly to bank accounts.

Question 2

How do NFC fundraising badges work?

Accepted Answer

Donors simply tap their smartphone on a volunteer's NFC badge or scan the printed QR code. A secure payment window opens on their phone, allowing 1-tap donations via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card.

Question 3

Are donations processed securely?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all payments are powered by Stripe Connect Direct Charges with bank-grade encryption. PayPinz does not store card details, and funds flow directly into the recipient's bank account.
