Which smartphones are compatible with the badges?
All modern iPhone models (iPhone XS and newer) and virtually all Android phones have built-in background NFC readers. The reader is located near the top camera frame for iPhones and the center backing for Androids.
How do we assign the printed badges to our volunteers?
Inside the Charity Dashboard, you can activate the device camera to scan a physical badge. Type the volunteer's name, click "Assign & Scan Next", and the badge is instantly linked in Firestore, populating your real-time leaderboard statistics.
How long does badge printing and delivery take?
Standard production takes 2-3 business days post-subscription order. Badges are dispatched via tracked courier (Royal Mail or DHL) and typically arrive at your venue within 2 business days.
